Alert description
Redundant safety switch fails.
Potential impact
System will be running in fully degraded state. Braking may require increased effort. Hydraulic Boost Compensation will be triggered when driver pressed brake pedal.
Set condition
Redundant safety switch fails, Test if VR can be switched off by redundant safety switch.
Clear condition
No internal issue is detected after changing operation cycle. If the condition persists, the DPB module may require replacement.

With Service Mode Plus enabled, open Service Alerts → All. Review the other alerts for clues to the cause of DPB_a260.
