Alert description
The Power Conversion System (PCS) cannot precharge the high voltage (HV) bus.
Potential impact
The DCDC converter may not precharge the HV bus to its commanded voltage target, preventing HV battery pack contactors from closing.
Set condition
The PCS detects one or more conditions preventing it from precharging the HV bus to its commanded voltage target
Clear condition
The DCDC converter is commanded to shut down or receives a new request to precharge the HV bus.
