Potential impact

The target max brick voltage for charge is limited to the voltage corresponding to 50% SOC.

HVBATT_w723_deltaSocWeakShort is set and (UI_dSocAlertEnable==1 or dSocAlertEnabledByDefault==1).

Clear condition

HVBATT_w723_deltaSocWeakShort is clear or (UI_dSocAlertEnable==0 and dSocAlertEnabledByDefault!=1).
