Alert description
Wall connector proximity line disconnected or vehicle is not providing proximity voltage.
Potential impact
Wall connector will not allow charging while the proximity line is broken because it cannot determine if the cable is latched.
Set condition
Proximity line in charge cable has no voltage present, but a vehicle is connected.
Clear condition
Proximity line in charge cable rises to a valid voltage level.
Check other alerts
With Service Mode Plus enabled, open Service Alerts → All. Review the other alerts for clues to the cause of CC_a019.
