TEST-SELF_VCRIGHT_L_HVAC-VANE-ACTUATOR
HVAC Right Lateral Vanes Test
TEST-SELF_VCRIGHT_R_HVAC-VANE-ACTUATOR
Tests the cabin HVAC operation (cabin heating and cooling) and returns pass or fail.
TEST-SELF_VCFRONT2_X_HVAC-PERFORMANCE
This routine tests the cabin HVAC operation (cabin heating and cooling) and returns pass or fail. This is the same routine used by Tesla factory EOL to certify the cabin HVAC is performing to specification.
TEST-SELF_VCRIGHT_X_HVAC-PERFORMANCE
This routine checks the HVBMS connections to the Battery Monitoring Board (BMB) and the Voltage Sense Harness (VSH).
TEST-SELF_HVBMS_X_BMB-COMMS-VSH
This routine will test if the High Voltage Battery Management System (HVBMS) is able to communicate over HVS and HVI CAN bus'.
TEST-SELF_HVBMS_X_CAN-COMMS
Diagnoses an issue between the High Voltage Processor (HVP) and Power Conversion System (PCS). Enables wiring interface by toggling the DCDC, CHG, and PCS enable lines between the HVP and PCS. If the PCS, HVP, and/or Battery Management System (BMS) are absent, all three lines will report a failure.
TEST-SELF_HVP_X_PCS-INTERFACE
This routine performs a self test of the HVP charge port (CP) interface.
TEST-SELF_HVP_X_CP-INTERFACE
This routine will check the integrity of the emergency notification signal (ENS) line between the HVP and RCM.
TEST-SELF_HVP_X_ENS
Checks if the High Voltage Processor (HVP) is receiving sufficient Low Voltage (LV) input and contactor power.
TEST-SELF_HVP_X_LV-POWER
Verifies selfie cam current draw when IR LED is on
TEST-SELF_VCRIGHT_DAS_INTERIOR-CAMERA-LED
Run interior camera fan and check its RPM
TEST-SELF_VCRIGHT_DAS_INTERIOR-CAMERA-FAN
Tests connection and harness of the left blind spot indicator light controlled by the Left Vehicle Controller (VCLEFT) Electronic Control Unit (ECU).
TEST-SELF_VCLEFT_X_BLIND-SPOT-LED
Tests connection and harness of the left blind spot indicator light controlled by the Left Vehicle Controller (VCLEFT) Electronic Control Unit (ECU).
TEST-SELF_VCLEFT_X_BLIND-SPOT-LED
Tests the power, connection, and communication of the left footwell light controlled by the Left Vehicle Controller (VCLEFT).
TEST-SELF_VCLEFT_X_FOOTWELL-LIGHT
Tests the left front seat track, lift, tilt, and backrest motors, seat heatpad, heatpad thermistor, seatbelt buckle switch, and the backrest, track, and lift switches. This routine measures current draw, detects encoder movement, and verifies communication with the Local Interconnect Network (LIN) to confirm the components are operating as expected. This routine does not test the lumbar components or occupancy switch.
TEST-SELF_VCLEFT_FRONT_SEAT-NO-LUMBAR-NO-OCCUPANCY-SWITCH
Tests current of the front left seat controlled by the Left Electronic Parking Brake (EPBL) Electronic Control Unit (ECU).
TEST-SELF_EPBL_FRONT_SEAT-FAN
Runs several self-tests for the Left Front Seat.
TEST-SELF_VCLEFT_FRONT_SEAT
Tests for power, connection, and communication of the front left seat controlled by the Left Vehicle Controller (VCLEFT).
TEST-SELF_VCLEFT_FRONT_SEAT-NO-LUMBAR
Runs several self-tests for the Left Front Seat.
TEST-SELF_VCLEFT_FRONT_SEAT-NO-OCCUPANCY-SWITCH
Runs several self-tests for the Left Front seat.
TEST-SELF_VCLEFT_FRONT_SEAT-UNIFIED
Tests electrical connection of the front seat thigh support switchpack, motor, and encoder.
TEST-SELF_VCLEFT_FRONT-SEAT-THIGH-SUPPORT
Tests for power, connection, and communication of the left headlamp controlled by the Front Vehicle Controller (VCFRONT).
