The procedeure reads the full configuration file on the gateway. These settings represent hardware features on the vehicle, such as roof glass and battery variant, in addition to paid features like Autopilot. This Task is similar to Teleforce 'dgc'. It reads directly from the gateway and may be trusted as the best point of reference.

Deletes the cached Autopilot Electronic Control Unit (ECU) (APE) image from the Infotainment and Connectivity ECU (ICE) to force a new download during the next update.
