Compressor RPM Override

Set the compressor to a target speed (800-7000 RPM). If sweep is disabled, the compressor will ramp to target RPM and hold that speed for 15 seconds. If sweep is enabled, the compressor will ramp to target RPM in 500 RPM increments and hold at final target RPM for 15 seconds. Note: The routine may skip some RPM values during sweep, or stop short of the target RPM. This is because some vehicles have certain speeds that are avoided.
