Tests communication with the front vehicle controller (VCBATT2) Electronic Control Unit (ECU). Communication is established via Unified Diagnostics Services (UDS) over the Controller Area Network (CAN).

Checks the electrical connection of the LED light in front trunk emergency release switch controlled by the Front Battery Controller (VCBATT2).
