Updates the following GTW configurations brakeHwType->0x0A, epblHwType->0x07, and epbrHwType->0x07. Clears and relearns HW type on EPBL and EPBR. Triggers a service firmware redeploy.

Warning: Incorrectly setting the brake hardware type poses a risk of death, serious injury, and/or major property damage. Only use this routine to update the vehicle configuration to match the calibration requirements of appropriately installed brake hardware on the vehicle.

PROC_BRAKE_X_CARBON-BRAKES-CONFIG-RESET
Measures the brake system stiffness. Select burnished or unburnished to determine the pass/fail threshold. Stiffness threshold is selected based on chassis and brake hardware type. Stiffness by wheel circuit is also measured, but not used for pass/fail.
