Tests communication with the Power Conversion System (PCS) Electronic Control Unit (ECU). Communication is established via Unified Diagnostics Services (UDS) over the Controller Area Network (CAN).

PCS CAN Communication Test

This routine will test if the Power Conversion System (PCS) is communicating over CAN. Note that if the High Voltage Battery Management System (HVBMS) is MIA, this routine may falsely fail since the HVBMS forwards all HVS components status' to the Gateway.
