The vehicle controller detects the front louver, or active grill shutter (AGS), is unable to calibrate and traveled farther than the expected range without reaching the end stop, indicating the front louver may be damaged.

Cabin climate control system air conditioning may be limited or unavailable. Powertrain performance may be limited.
Set condition
The front louver does not pass the calibration range check after 5 calibration cycles due to over-travel.
Clear condition
The front louver is able to calibrate and reach the targeted position.
