Alert description
Tuner has failed to perform an OTA Update of the latest radio tuner firmware.
Potential impact
The radio tuner may be unable to update to the latest firmware provided.
Set condition
The radio tuner set a status flag indicating a firmware OTA update of the tuner has failed early.
Clear condition
Once the vehicle has reset or a successful firmware OTA is performed will clear the alert.
Check other alerts
With Service Mode Plus enabled, open Service Alerts → All. Review the other alerts for clues to the cause of UI_a191.
