Potential impact
Sensor is disabled due to not having proper vehicle configuration, radar functions will not be available
Set condition
When the learned parameters meet the ones being sent to the radar on CAN.
Clear condition
As soon as the PROC_RADX_X-PLANT-MODE routine is successfully run.
