Alert description
The Fast Charge (FC) Electronic Control Unit (ECU) has detected the GuoBiao (GB) adapter was unable to receive Charger Charging State (CCS) messages from Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) within 5 seconds. Message timeouts may result in an interrupted charging session.
Potential impact
Charging session may become interrupted.
Set condition
GB adapter does not receive CCS messages from EVSE within the expected 5 second time frame, resulting in a timeout condition.
Clear condition
Unplug charge handle.
Check other alerts
With Service Mode Plus enabled, open Service Alerts → All. Review the other alerts for clues to the cause of FC_a278.
