Alert description

The drive interface (DI) electronic control unit (ECU) detects that the driver assistance system (DAS) controller area network (CAN) node is missing (MIA).

Potential impact

Some driver assistance features are unavailable.

Set condition

The DI ECU is not receiving the expected CAN communication from the DAS, and considers it irrational or MIA.

Clear condition

The DI ECU receives the required CAN messages from the DAS.
