Alert description
A CHAdeMO adapter communicating over single wire controller area network (SWCAN) reports that it has encountered an issue.
Potential impact
Charging does not start or is interrupted.
Set condition
The CHAdeMO adapter reports via SWCAN that it has entered the faulted state.
Clear condition
The CHAdeMO adapter reports via SWCAN that it is no longer in the faulted state, or the adapter is unplugged.
