Alert description
The charge port (CP) electronic control unit (ECU) is unable to establish single wire controller area network (SWCAN) communications.
Potential impact
Charging does not start or is interrupted.
Set condition
The CP ECU cannot establish SWCAN communications after multiple attempts.
Clear condition
The CP ECU establishes SWCAN communication, or the proximity state changes.
Check other alerts
With Service Mode Plus enabled, open Service Alerts → All. Review the other alerts for clues to the cause of CP_a059.
