The Battery Management System (BMS) has detected that the high voltage interlock loop (HVIL) is shorted with the contactors closed.
Potential impact
Inability to charge, drive, or support the Low Voltage (LV) system
Set condition
The BMS detects that HVIL voltage is lower than expected.
Clear condition
The BMS detects that HVIL voltage is normal.
