Alert description
The vehicle controller detects the vehicle is not factory gated or the refrigerant is not filled, causing the compressor to be unavailable and the refrigerant valves (solenoid or electronic expansion valves (EXV)) to remain open.
Potential impact
Cabin climate control system air conditioning may be limited or unavailable. Powertrain performance may be limited.

May set due to any of the following: (1) vehicle is not factory gated; (2) refrigerant is not filled; (3) refrigerant fill / drain routine is active.
Clear condition
May clear due to any of the following: (1) vehicle is factory gated; (2) refrigerant is filled; (3) refrigerant fill / drain routine is complete.
