Alert description
The intelligent battery sensor (IBS) is reporting a temperature value over 80 degrees C.
Potential impact
The IBS may be unavailable, or may not function as expected. Operating at high temperatures will contribute to accelerated low voltage (LV) battery degradation. If the measured temperature is inaccurate due to IBS issues, the LV battery's temperature-compensated voltage target may be lower than expected, also contributing to accelerated degradation.
Set condition
The measured IBS temperature is greater than 80 degrees C.
Clear condition
The measured IBS temperature is less than 80 degrees C.
