Alert description
The Tesla Air Suspension controller (TAS) electronic control unit (ECU) detects multiple missing controller area network (CAN) inputs, and as a result adaptive ride control is disabled.
Potential impact
All dampers receive a fixed mid-level current.
Set condition
TAS ECU is not receiving all of the expected CAN messages.
Clear condition
TAS ECU detects that the condition clears.
Check other alerts
With Service Mode Plus enabled, open Service Alerts → All. Review the other alerts for clues to the cause of TAS_a313.
