Alert description
DI system status message checksum is incorrect.
Potential impact
There may be an issue with the transmitting Electronic Control Unit (ECU).
Set condition
The RCU receives the DI_systemStatus CAN message with incorrect CRC for longer than 100 milliseconds.
Clear condition
Clears when the Redundant Control Unit (RCU) receives the DI_systemStatus Controller Area Network (CAN) message with correct Cyclic Redundancy Check (CRC) for 100 milliseconds.
Check other alerts
With Service Mode Plus enabled, open Service Alerts → All. Review the other alerts for clues to the cause of RCU_a042.
