Alert description
The vehicle gateway (GTW) detects the rear right door Red Green Blue light (RGBDOORRR) electronic control unit (ECU) is running a firmware version that may not be compatible with the firmware installed on the rest of the vehicle.
Potential impact
RGB in the rear right door may be unavailable or may not function as expected until the firmware version mismatch is resolved.
Set condition
The GTW detects the RGBDOORRR running a different firmware version than expected.
Clear condition
The GTW no longer detects the RGBDOORRR running a different firmware version than expected.
Check other alerts
With Service Mode Plus enabled, open Service Alerts → All. Review the other alerts for clues to the cause of GTW_w363.
