This alert is reported by the AssistCapabilityProvider_R12 (ACP) component when Internal faults/errors are preventing EPAS to produce any torque capability

Potential impact

EPAS assist torque is disabled. EPAS is not possible to provide torque.

Set condition

EPAS MCU both sides EPAS states are in passive faulted state.

Clear condition

At least one side of EPAS state is not passive faulted.
