This alert is reported by the SystemConditionObserver_T222 (SCO) component when the a bus-off state is detected
Potential impact
EPAS does not receive/transmit CAN messages.
Set condition
EPAS has detected bus failure (Bus-off).
Clear condition
EPAS recover from bus-off 100ms after the bus-off state and try again for Rx/Tx.
