This alert is reported by the MasterSilentDecition_T222 (MSD) component if there is a problem with the master-silent decision, i.e. both sides are master or both sides are silent.

Potential impact

Both EPAS primary and secondary can be master or silent.

Set condition

EPAS master-silent decision failure leading to a master or silent on both sides at the same time.

Clear condition

If the Error report defined by the Master Silent Decision Diagnostic module is ceased.
