This alert is reported in case SBC Communication buffer overflow checker. Against systematic SW failures on SystemBasisChipManager component.
Potential impact
EPAS reset. If reset more than 5 times then EPAS full loss of assist.
Set condition
SBC Communication buffer overflows (RTE buffer (message queue) overflow in the SystemBasisChipManager_A8140x component).
Clear condition
EPAS will perform a power cycle. If persist then perform EPAS Software update.
