Alert description
This alert is reported by the FrequencyTransformer_R12 (FT) component when the electrical angle QoS is Substitute Value or Error and RotorPositionAge tolerance time elapsed. This diagnostic compares the 2 local RPSs, and compares the local RPSs and the remote one. If no RPS is available or it is not decidable which RPS is usable, it signals this.
Potential impact
Unreliable absolute steering position provision qualifier. Virtual End Lock deactivation.
