Alert description
Linear Position Sensor contains no information about motor size and Rotor Position Sensor type.
Potential impact
System will be running in fully degraded state. Braking may require increased effort. Hydraulic Boost Compensation will be triggered when driver pressed brake pedal.
Set condition
Linear Position Sensor Memory contains no information about motorsize and RPStype, plant has not written information in Linear Position Sensor Memory. Linear Position Sensor Memory is read during ECU Exchange routine; ECU Exchange is not possible.
Clear condition
Write LiPS Memory and restart system.
Check other alerts
With Service Mode Plus enabled, open Service Alerts → All. Review the other alerts for clues to the cause of DPB_a034.
