Alert description
Braking hardware parameter(s) can not be read from Decoupled Power Brake (DPB) ECU EEPROM.
Potential impact
System will be running in fully degraded state. Braking may require increased effort. Hydraulic Boost Compensation will be triggered when driver pressed brake pedal.
Set condition
DPB ECU EEPROM could not be read successfully. It may be empty or corrupted.
Clear condition
Good Check is performed, if the data can be read out and mapped successfully
Check other alerts
With Service Mode Plus enabled, open Service Alerts → All. Review the other alerts for clues to the cause of DPB_a003.
