Alert description
Brake pedal regenerative brake (regen) torque is unavailable.
Potential impact
Additional regen is not available when pressing the brake pedal. Accelerator pedal regen may be available. Brake pedal may feel different.
Set condition
The brake actuator is unable to recieve external braking requests from the Drive Inverter (DI), the DI ECU detects that some or all velocity estimate inputs are unavailable, or the Pedal Monitor (PM) identifies an issue with the brake pedal regenerative braking system.
Clear condition
Braking actuator is able to recieve external braking requests after the braking actuator, Drive Inverter (DI), and Pedal Monitor (PM) have been power cycled.
Check other alerts
With Service Mode Plus enabled, open Service Alerts → All. Review the other alerts for clues to the cause of DI_a120.
