Alert description
Reports per-cycle wake and resume timing from the Autopilot Secondary (APS). Each time the Autopilot (AP) processor completes a wake or resume cycle, or if the wake sequence is interrupted before completion, this alert captures timing data for each phase of the wake path. Payload signals provide the wake mode (cold boot, resume from suspend, or abort recovery), the result (completed or interrupted), the state at which an interruption occurred (if applicable), and per-phase duration measurements. A cycle sequence counter is included for missed-alert detection. The IDLE-dwell signal is typically one scheduling tick on resume cycles rather than pre-wake idle time.
