Alert description
The Rear Vehicle Controller (VCREAR) precharge circuit did not raise the voltage to the target voltage in the expected amount of time.
Potential impact
The load being precharged may not turn on. Vehicle functions relying on the load being precharged may not operate as expected.
Set condition
The load voltage does not meet the power source voltage in the expected amount of time.
Clear condition
The desired power feed is no longer requested or VCREAR is reset.
