Potential impact
The vehicle will not allow the charge port door to open.
Set condition
The UI requests charge port door open while the customer has brake pedal pressed.
Clear condition
Charge port door requested expired, brake pedal released, and/or vehicle not in DRIVE for 5 seconds.

With Service Mode Plus enabled, open Service Alerts → All. Review the other alerts for clues to the cause of VCLEFT_a563.
