The pack serial number (SN) is invalid and is not supported for tracking in non-volatile memory (NVM)
Potential impact
Pack data will not be tracked in NVM. Pack vitals, such as State of Charge, may be inaccurate after ECU resets
Set condition
An invalid pack SN has been read
Clear condition
Install a pack with a valid programmed pack SN
Check other alerts
With Service Mode Plus enabled, open Service Alerts → All. Review the other alerts for clues to the cause of VCLEFT_a440.
