Set condition
The coolant pump's RPM feedback is less than 800 RPM, given a non-zero flow request, either intermittently or continually, for at least 10.5 seconds AND GTW_coolantPumpConfig is not SINGLE_PUMP_BATT.
Clear condition
The feedback RPM is constantly greater than 800 RPM for at least 5.5 seconds.
