Set condition
Did not detect USB Universal Asynchronous Receiver/Transmitter (UART) devices within 30 seconds after system wake or bootup, and Bluetooth daemon (btd)-rear had not yet initialized.
Clear condition
A USB hub with Bluetooth module is detected.
