Steering power is reduced as the vehicle has entered Drive power state while being powered by the jump post.
Potential impact
Steering performance may be reduced until the vehicle exits then re-enters Drive state (vehicle power cycle occurs) with the jump post power source disconnected.
Set condition
The vehicle enters Drive state while being powered by the jump post.
Clear condition
The vehicle exits Drive state while being powered by the jump post.
