The Power Conversion System (PCS) detects the DCDC ENABLE digital line is deasserted when DCDC is commanded to operate.

DCDC converter will be forced shutdown due to this ENABLE line deassertion

The PCS detects the DCDC ENABLE digital line is deasserted when DCDC is commanded to operate

The DCDC enable digital line is reasserted or the DCDC is commanded to go back to standby
