The high side pyro was deployed by the high side passive pyro circuit.
Potential impact
High-side pack HV will be blocked, charge and drive may be unavailable.
Set condition
Firmware detects that the high side passive pyro circuit is actively deploying the high side pyro.
Clear condition
Clears when pyro resistance test passes.
