The Pedal Monitor (PM) High Voltage Interlock Loop (HVIL) status signal is not reporting to the High Voltage Battery (HVBATT) on the Controller Area Network (CAN).
Potential impact
Vehicle may be unable to enter drive and may be unable to charge.
Set condition
The PM HVIL status signal is not received by HVBATT within its message cycle time.
Clear condition
The PM HVIL status is received by HVBATT.
