Alert description
HVBATT has latched disablement of the DCDC due to an external DCDC disable.
Potential impact
HVBATT will keep the DCDC disabled, which may prevent the DCDC from providing support to the LV System.
Set condition
VC_vehiclePowerState == DRIVE AND the external DCDC enable is logic level low.
Clear condition
VC_vehiclePowerState != DRIVE AND the external DCDC enable is logic level high AND HVBATT sees that VCREAR is present on CAN.
