Alert description

The vehicle gateway (GTW) detects the Secondary Electric Power Steering (SEPS) electronic control unit (ECU) is running a firmware version that may not be compatible with the firmware installed on the rest of the vehicle.

Power steering may be limited or unavailable.

Set condition

The GTW detects the SEPS ECU running a different firmware version than expected.

Clear condition

The GTW no longer detects the SEPS ECU running a different firmware version than expected.
