Alert description

The Fast Charge (FC) Electronic Control Unit (ECU) has detected the vehicle pack contactor did not close within the expected 6 second time interval during charging start-up process.

Potential impact

Charging session may not start.

Set condition

Vehicle pack contactor does not close within the expected 6 second time frame, resulting in a timeout condition.

Clear condition

Unplug charge handle.

Check other alerts
