Alert description
The Fast Charge (FC) Electronic Control Unit (ECU) has detected the GuoBiao (GB) adapter was unable to receive charger recognition (CRM) from Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) within 30 seconds. Message timeouts may result in the charging session not starting.
Potential impact
Charging session may not start.
Set condition
GB adapter does not receive CRM messages from EVSE within the expected 30 second time frame, resulting in a timeout condition.
Clear condition
Unplug charge handle.
Check other alerts
With Service Mode Plus enabled, open Service Alerts → All. Review the other alerts for clues to the cause of FC_a269.
