The Electronic Stability Program (ESP) is not receiving messages from the steering angle sensor module within the expected time frame.
Potential impact
Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), Vehicle Dynamics Control (VDC), and Traction Control (TC) performance may be reduced.
Set condition
The ESP ECU does not receive messages from the steering angle sensor module within the expected time frame.
Clear condition
The ESP begins receiving messages from the steering angle sensor module within the expected time frame.

With Service Mode Plus enabled, open Service Alerts → All. Review the other alerts for clues to the cause of ESP_a130.
