Alert description
The drive interface (DI) electronic control unit (ECU) detects an electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM) error. Check for other alerts that may be set as a result.
Potential impact
The DI is not able to store any record in EEPROM where the error is located, which impacts functionality on the next boot up.
Set condition
There are EEPROM record issues, such as corruption, an invalid cyclic redundancy check (CRC), or an invalid record size.
Clear condition
Clears on DI power cycle.

These diagnostic fields are associated with DI_a098. Check the alert's Alert Log in Service Mode Plus for available values.
